Salt Therapy can relieve allergies and many common respiratory issues. It is beneficial for various skin condition and can even help you get a great night’s sleep. Salt air has been clinically proven to boost the immune system and to bring down inflammation. While relaxing meditation music plays and you recline in our zero gravity chairs, you breathe in the pure, sterilized microscopic salt crystals. Daily group sessions are held on the hour and last 45 minutes. Private sessions and wellness packages are available!
