Frederick Dunlap graduated from the Atlanta School of massage in 1986 after receiving 1000 hours of training. Upon completion of the program, Fred received his certification in sports massage as well as becoming an expert at Swedish and deep tissue massage. Later, he studied myofashal, nueuromuscular and many other types of massage therapy.

In addition, he has studied massage aromatherapy, pain relief designed for neck and shoulders, and relieving pain through the use of trigger point therapy. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in using stretching combined with massage.

With over 25 years experience, Fred welcomes the opportunity to help Nashville residents to unwind and re-wind with a relaxing massage!
