Sumner Chiropractic is an in Network provider with most insurances, Dr.Beth Lackey, DC is an in Network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and some Medicares and Revive Chiropractic is a cash based practice and you might be able to submit for out of network benefits. Most insurance plans cover chiropractic care. If you’re paying out of pocket, we will find a payment plan that fits your budget. We want all our patients to receive the best treatment possible.
