My passion for massage started after I had my first massage. I found my calling and became a professional massage therapist in Tennessee from 2005 to present.
As a massage therapist I am a facilitator in assisting the body heal itself naturally. Massage is an amazing tool to initiate the bodies self healing faculties to reach and maintain optimum health and lifelong wellness. The body needs regular maintenance as well and not just when your in pain. Massage is a preventative healthcare technique that has indeed been around for centuries and has been proven to improve overall health physically and psychologically!
Scheduling regular massage can promote healing by reducing stress, decreasing pain, increasing range of motion and overall relaxation.
